Terms and Conditions
Orders
- Orders may be placed by Telephone or via our Web site.
- Providing we can complete your order it will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
- Credit Card Payment will be taken when the order in submitted.
Postage
- Postage/packing and handling charges: ORDERS UNDER £50 =£3.50 Postage – ORDERS BETWEEN £50 AND £100= ₤6.00 – ORDERS OVER £100 = Free Postage (UK only) Bowls and Electrowind not included.
- Please enquire for postage/packing charges to Ireland and countries outside of the UK.
Refunds/Returns
- Whitehead Bowls will only refund postage on return of faulty goods.
- Postage will not be refunded for returns due to wrong sizing, orders made by mistake or un-required items. Customers will be liable to postage and packaging charges for goods returned for replacement of non-faulty goods.
- Customers must fill in returns form that is supplied with eah order.
- Returned goods for replacement will be given priority and replaced immediately providing the item/s are in stock.
- Customers will be notified of any item/s not available for immediate replacement.
- Refunds will be paid on receipt of returned or faulty goods.
